The terminal transports diesel fuel from the railway of the wide gauge of 1520 mm to that of the narrow gauge
of 1435 mm.
The railhead has up-to-date equipment
and was put into operation in October 2008. The current capacity of the terminal is 100 thousand tons monthly (1-2 million tons yearly). At present, the terminal can service two different freight flows.
The technological process of oil transhipment
fully complies with the up to date standards and requirements. The company has corresponding conformance certificates and positive opinions of the Governmental Safety Authorities: Promatomnadzor, Construction Supervision Authority, Energy Supervision Authority, Ministry of Emergency Situations, Ministry of Ecology, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, Sanitary Supervision Authority.
According to the order of State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus, a customs supervision zone was created at the terminal (Order No.398-OD) as of 30/07/2008.
